About The Program
Mukhyamantri Medhavriti Yojana, Bihar 2024 is an opportunity offered by the Government of Bihar to provide support to female students of the state belonging to the Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs). This scholarship aims to promote academic excellence among SC/ST females pursuing higher education. A one-time financial support of up to ₹15,000 will be provided to the selected female candidates.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a female domiciled in Bihar
- belong to a Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) community
- have completed Class 12 from a recognised institution/school
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive the awards as below:-
- Students who secure first place in the Class 12 exam: ₹15,000
- Students who secure second place in the Class 12 exam: ₹10,000

How can you apply?
Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship by following the below steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required details to register. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile Number/Email ID.)
Step 3: Navigate to the 'Apply For Online 2024' under the 'मुख्यमंत्री मेधावृति योजना अनु0 जाति एवं अनु0 जनजाति के प्रथम एवं द्वितीय श्रेणी से Intermediate [+2] उतीर्ण छात्राओं के लिये आवेदन करें' section at the right-hand side of the dashboard and click on it.
Step 4: Navigate to 'Read the Instructions Carefully Online' by clicking the option on the right-hand side of the dashboard and read the details carefully.
Step 5: Now, navigate to the 'Apply Now' button at the bottom of the page.
Step 6: Fill in the required details, upload the neccesary documents, and submit.
