About The Program

Mukhyamantri Hamari Beti Yojana, Rajasthan 2024-25, is a Government of Rajasthan initiative to empower and support meritorious female students who passed the Rajasthan Board's Secondary Exam. Selected students will receive up to ₹1,15,000 annually for Class 11 and 12 or vocational training, including ₹15,000 for stationery and up to ₹1,00,000 for school/coaching/hostel fees.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be a domicile of Rajasthan
  • be a female applicant
  • For Government School Students:

    • have appeared for the Secondary Examination conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Ajmer
    • have secured the first or second position in their district
    • belong to the BPL or orphan category
    • have secured a minimum of 75% marks
  • For Swami Vivekananda Government Model School Students:

    • have appeared for the Secondary Examination conducted by the Swami Vivekananda Government Model School
    • have secured the first or second position in the state
    • have secured a minimum of 9 CGPA

       

Benefits

Selected students will receive annual financial assistance of up to ₹1,15,000. This includes ₹15,000 for stationery and up to ₹1,00,000 for school/coaching/hostel fees.

How can you apply?

Students who wish to apply can provide their details to their school authorities and request them to fill the scheme application form on their behalf through the "Beneficiary Scheme Portal" on the DEO Office login on the Shala Darpan portal.

As per the notification of the Directorate of Secondary Education, Rajasthan, Bikaner, eligible girls will be granted prize money through Jan-Aadhaar integration and DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) after submitting their online applications via the DEO Office login. The process for online applications for eligible girls under this scheme will be as follows:

Applications for females selected based on Class 10 eligibility in the year 2024, who are currently enrolled in Class 11 in the academic session 2024-25, as well as those selected in 2023 based on Class 10 eligibility and currently studying in Class 12 in the academic session 2024-25, must be submitted online by the office. (Note:- The list of eligible females for both classes has been mapped on the portal.)

According to the new guidelines issued by the state government on 19.04.2022, for the implementation of the scheme, reimbursement for coaching to prepare for competitive exams will be provided once for the first year only, along with studies in Class 11/12, provided the student is eligible.

Selection Criteria

The selection will be based on merit and fulfilment of the eligibility criteria.

The first-rank holders in the Class 10 examination in each district of Rajasthan will be awarded the scholarship. However, if two female students have scored the same marks, preference will be given to their scores in Mathematics, Science, and English, respectively.

In case of a tie in these subjects as well, preference will be given to the older student.

  • All invoices for coaching and hostel fees submitted by the student must be from a GST-registered firm or institute. Each invoice must display the firm's or institute's registration number, PAN number, and address. These invoices must be countersigned by the District Education Officer (Secondary) and the Accounts Officer before being uploaded on the portal.
  • At the time of online application submission, the stationary amount of ₹15,000 and the school/coaching/hostel fee amount (up to a maximum of ₹1,00,000) should be clearly entered as separate items, showing the total requested amount. No modifications or additional requests will be accepted in the future.
