About The Program
Missouri State University (MSU) invites applications for the International ExcellenceScholarship from students interested in pursuing various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses at MSU. The scholarship aims to help students overcome the financial strain which they face while studying in the US. Students with outstanding skills and a disciplined approach towards learning can avail a scholarship of up to USD 10,000.

The scholarship is open to students interested in pursuing various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses at the MSU.
Eligibility for UG scholarships:
- Students with an SAT score of 1160 or above (or ACT 24)
- Students having a strong academic record
Eligibility for PG scholarships:
- Students having scored more than 3.25 CGPA in graduation
- Students having a strong academic record
Benefits
Students can receive a scholarship of up to USD 10,000 depending on the merit. The scholarship will be awarded in the following manner:
- A scholarship of USD 7500 for UG students who have secured 1160 or above in SAT
- A scholarship of USD 10,000 for UG students who have secured 1230 or above in SAT
- A scholarship of USD 2500 for PG students who have scored more than 3.25 CGPA in their graduation
Note: The scholarship is renewable for three years beyond the first year for UG students (four years total).

How can you apply?
Students who want to avail the International Excellence Scholarship need to enrol themselves at the MSU first. The eligible students will then automatically qualify for the scholarship. Follow the below steps to apply:
Step 1: Visit the online application portal of MSU.
Step 2: Select Undergraduate or Graduate appplication.
Step 3: Apply for Spring 2019 or Summer/Fall 2019 semester.
Step 4: Create a new login id if not already registered.
Step 5: Provide relevant details and qualifications.
Step 6: Upload the required documents and submit the application.

- Deadline for 10K scholarship: 15 March 2019
- General application deadline: 30 April 2019
Selection Criteria
Terms and Conditions
- Students must enrol at the MSU within 24 months of completion of high school and have qualifying test scores on file prior to the first semester of enrolment to qualify for the scholarship.
- The deadline for the 10K scholarship is 15th March.
- The applicants fulfilling the eligibility criteria will be automatically selected for the scholarship.
