MPOWER Global Citizen Scholarship Program 2019 is an excellent opportunity for students above 18 years of age who wish to pursue their higher education in the U.S. or Canada. Offered by MPOWER Financing, this scholarship program provides financial support to international students who enrol in any of the MPOWER partner colleges and universities.
Through this scholarship program, MPOWER Financing aims to support international students and their career aspirations. Unlike other scholarships that come with restrictions and entry fees, this program is widely accessible. Students can receive a scholarship valued at USD 5000.
To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must:
Total three scholarships will be awarded for July cycle offering USD 5,000, USD 3,000 and USD 2,000 respectively to selected scholars.

Step 4: Pick one question to answer and provide a short essay response in maximum 1000 words.

Q. Who is eligible to apply for the MPOWER Global Citizen Scholarship?
A. To be eligible, the students must be enrolled or accepted at any of the MPOWER Partner College or University for a full-time program.

A. All eligible candidates must complete an application form to enter the scholarship contest.
Q. How will the winners be selected?
A. The scholarship winners will be selected based on the short essay responses submitted by the applicants.
Q. How many scholarships are offered?
A. A total of 4 scholarships worth USD 5000 will be awarded.
Q. When is the deadline to apply?
A. The application deadlines are April 15 and October 15 annually.
Q. When will the winners be notified?
A. The winners of the scholarship will be notified within 3 weeks of the deadline date.
Q. When and how do the recipients receive the scholarship funds?
A. After the verification of the winner's eligibility, MPOWER will directly disburse the funds to the winner's college/university.
