About The Program

MMMUT Gorakhpur Department of Humanities and Management Science Research Assistantship 2021 is an opportunity offered for Ph.D./M.Phil./Postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled - “An Empirical Estimation of Swarnajayanti Gram Swarozgar Yojana on Rural Empowerment". The selected fellow will receive monthly emoluments of INR 16,000 per month as per MGNCRE guidelines (No HRA).

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must -

  • Below 35 years of age
  • Hold a Ph.D./M.Phil./Postgraduate degree in relevant discipline (Preferably Economics) with minimum of 55% marks

 

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Be NET/SLET/SET qualified
  • Have prior research experience (Fieldwork Experience) 
  • Have research degrees and research experience
  • Have experience in using statistical software SPSS, E-VIEWS, STATA, and R

 

Note - Preference will be given to the candidates who have published papers in reputed journals.

  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
  • The position is temporary, and the appointment is subject to satisfactory appraisal every three months and disbursal of the MGNCRE fund.
  • The decision of the selection committee will be final.
