About The Program
Mizoram Research Fellowship (MRF) 2024-25 is an opportunity provided by the Mizoram Scholarship Board, Government of Mizoram to research students and teachers, preferably below the age of 45. The scholarship will provide financial assistance to individuals who have established reputations or published independent works in the field of research.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a bonafide/permanent resident of Mizoram
- pursuing their research in an institution recognised by the law
- have scored a minimum of 50% marks in the last qualifying university exam
- not be receiving any other scholarship or funding
Note:- The minimum marks can only be relaxed by an awarding authority.

Documents
- Domicile/resident certificate issued by deputy commissioner of the district
- Passport-sized photograph
- Proof of age/date of birth (Birth certificate, Aadhaar, PAN, etc)
- Marksheets/certificates of the previous qualifying examination
- Research work/thesis/dissertation
- No objection certificate from the employer (if applicable)
- Photocopy of the first page of bank passbook
