Directorate of Higher Education, Government of Delhi invites applications for Merit-cum-Means Linked Financial Assistance Scheme 2017 from students pursuing higher education in State Universities of Delhi. The scheme has been launched by the Delhi Government to enhance high quality higher education for meritorious economically weaker sections of the society.
To be eligible for the scholarship:

Note: A relaxation of 5% in qualifying aggregate percentage of marks will be allowed to SC/ST Category students.

Nodal Officer, for the scheme (Nominated in the College/Institute/University) Nominated by the Delhi State Public Universities or colleges/ institutes affiliated to Delhi State Public Universities.
Where to submit an application form for this scheme?
The student has to register himself/herself at the link https://edistrict.delhigovt.nic.in. A hard copy of the application along with uploaded documents is required to be submitted at the concerned College/Institute/University.
