The International Centre for Gandhian Studies (ICGS), a constituent of the University of Science and Technology, Meghalaya invites applications from qualified, competent and committed Journalists/Activists for conducting research on the topics of high social relevance and earn up to INR 3.6 lakhs. The fellowship will be for a duration of three years for supporting the PhD education of applicants.

Step 1: Write a comprehensive fellowship proposal (500-800 words) outlining the area of study the proposal is focussed on (for example state/district/rural/urban).
Step 2: Attach the necessary documents with the application.
