About The Program
Madhya Pradesh NIPUN Professionals Program 2023 is an opportunity offered by the Madhya Pradesh NIPUN Professionals (a Government of Madhya Pradesh initiative) in partnership with the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). The program recruits 52 young professionals to work with the district administration of Madhya Pradesh. It is a 2-year full-time experiential program. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 80,000.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be an Indian citizen
- be not more than 30 years of age as of 1st May 2023
- hold a graduation/postgraduation degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate
- have a full-time work experience of a minimum of 12 months with a postgraduate degree OR
- have a full-time work experience of a minimum of 24 months with an undergraduate degree (excluding internships or any part-time engagements)
- have fluency in English and Hindi
- be able to establish and maintain strong working relationships with the government stakeholders

- The MP NIPUN Professional will work closely with district collectors, CEO-ZP and the district education team to build system capacity, strengthen governance structures, and drive data-based decision-making.
- NIPUN Professionals will execute multiple projects to drive implementation across Mission Ankur (NIPUN Madhya Pradesh) initiatives.
- This professional program is not a type of government employment.
