Logo Contest on Water Conservation 2019 is inviting applications for a logo contest on water conservation. The contest is focused on generating awareness regarding water conservation. The impact of an increase in the use of natural resources has led to water scarcity in many regions of the country. The winner of the contest will receive an award worth INR 51,000.

How can you apply? Follow the steps below to apply for the logo contest:
Step 1: Visit the website and log in using the existing account or register as a new user.
Step 2: Visit the task page and click on 'Do this task now'.
Step 3: Upload a soft copy of the logo (image/pdf).
Step 4: Submit the logo and also send a hard copy to the address below:Shri S.K. Juneja, Sr. Hydrogeologist,

Selection Criteria
The best logo entry is selected based on the following criteria:
- The elements of creativity, originality, composition, technical excellence, simplicity, artistic merit, and visual impact will be judged in the logo entries.
- How well the logo communicates the theme of Water Conservation will also be judged.

Terms and Conditions
- Taxes are the sole responsibility of the contestant receiving a prize. Prize may be subject to tax reporting and other purposes.
- Government employees participating in this competition should have prior permission from their employer.
- The decision of the Selection Committee would be final and binding on all the contestants and no clarifications would be issued to any participants.
- The Government of India, if it so decides, reserves the right not to proceed with the contest at any stage.
- The logo design must be original and should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
- The designs submitted will be the intellectual property of the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Government of India and the winner shall not exercise any right over it.
- The winner will be notified through the email address that he/she provides along with his/her submission. The MyGov portal shall also display the name of the winner.
- The prize money will be transferred through RTGS.
