- be 25 years of age or below as on date of birth on or after June 1, 1998
- hold a bachelor's degree in any academic discipline
Benefits
The selected LAMP fellows will receive a stipend of ₹23,000 per month. Additionally, the fellows will get an opportunity to work as full-time professionals with Members of Parliament (MPs) during the fellowship.

How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the fellowship through the following steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to the 'How to Apply' section on the left-hand side of the dashboard and click on the provided link for the application form (via Google form).
Step 4: Open the application form and read the instructions carefully.
Step 5: Complete the application form by providing the personal information, academic qualification, work experience (if applicable), languages known, and the two essays (500 words each).
Step 5: Acknowledge the terms and conditions by ticking the checkboxes.
Step 6: Click on the 'Submit' button.

Selection Criteria
Along with their application, the applicants will be assessed based on the submission of the following two documents:
- Statement of Purpose justifying their candidature for the fellowship
- An essay analysing any issue and the related policy implications
After reviewing the application and submitted documents, an online evaluation test and interviews will be conducted by PRS for the final selection of the fellows.
Terms and Conditions
- PRS has the discretion to decline a candidate's application at any time.
- Only applications submitted via the online application form will be considered. PRS will not consider, under any circumstances, the following applications:
- incomplete applications
- applications submitted by email
- any hard copy of the application or any other medium
- This fellowship is not an internship. In their work with MPs, LAMP fellows will work as full-time professionals.
- LAMP fellows must dedicate themselves fully to the fellowship program. This means they cannot hold any other jobs or take on any additional academic studies while they are LAMP fellows. Their full-time attention is expected to be focused on the fellowship duties and responsibilities.
- LAMP fellows will not be provided with any office equipment during the fellowship. They will be expected to use their own computers or internet connections.
- LAMP Fellows are responsible for arranging their accommodation in Delhi.
- PRS may sometimes set additional rules for LAMP fellows to ensure the program runs efficiently.
