About The Program

The Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA) Internship 2026 is offered by the Kerala Institute of Local Administration (KILA), an autonomous body functioning under the Government of Kerala since 1990.   • be currently enrolled in, or a recent pass-out of, a graduation or post-graduation programme at any recognised University or College
  • have interest in areas such as Local Governance, Panchayati Raj, Decentralisation, Participatory Development, Public Administration, Accounts, or Legal matters
  • have good communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work with people from different backgrounds
