Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad in partnership with Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB) invites applications for Junior Research Fellowship at IIT Hyderabad 2020 from ME/MTech students. The selected fellows will receive INR 31,000 per month consolidated.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Have passed M.E/M.Tech in Power Electronics or Electric Drives or Embedded Systems with 60% marks or Equivalent CGPA
Benefits Selected student will get an award of INR 31,000 per month consolidated (No HRA).
Documents Provide a single pdf file with Biodata:
- SSC, HSSC, BE/BTech, ME/MTech certificates
- Industrial experience certificate (if any)
