JNCASR Research Associateship (RA) 2023 is an opportunity offered by the Jawaharlal Nehru Centre For Advanced Scientific Research (an autonomous institute under the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India) to postgraduate degree holders. The selected candidates are required to work on the project entitled - “Compositionally and Structurally Tuneable Multifunctional Transitional Metal Halide Perovskites”. The candidate will receive a monthly stipend of INR 31,000 plus 24% HRA.

- be below 28 years
- hold a postgraduate degree in Chemistry/Chemical Science with a valid NET/GATE score-card
Desirable Qualification -
- have knowledge of Inorganic chemistry, Crystal growth and X-ray diffraction
Benefits The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of INR 31,000 plus a 24% House Rent Allowance (HRA).
Note - Candidates will receive no Travel/Dearness Allowance (TA/DA) to appear for the interview.

The selection of the candidates will be made based on the applicants' performance in the interview.

- List of shortlisted candidates will be posted on the website with an interview date.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for online interviews/technical discussions/personal interactions.
- Those in employment or pursuing Ph.D, must submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the employer/Ph.D. Supervisor (applies to only outside candidates).
