About The Program
Janhit Jagran Funding Initiative for Social Entrepreneurs 2025 is a flagship initiative by the Dainik Jagran to support students or young entrepreneurs, for-profit organisations, and not-for-profit organisations across India. This campaign aims to nurture and support entrepreneurial ventures that tackle India's most pressing social challenges, aligning with the *7 Commandments of Dainik Jagran to drive meaningful and sustainable change. The selected entrepreneurs or organisations will receive a customised grant ranging between ₹2 Lakhs to ₹20 Crores and other benefits.
*7 Commandments of Dainik Jagran are a well-educated Society, water conservation, population planning, poverty eradication, women empowerment, environmental protection and a healthy Society.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be an Indian national
- be a student and young entrepreneur
- aged between 18 to 25 years
- have passed Class 12
- be a part of an educational institution
- OR be a for-profit organisation
- registered under the Company Act 2013
- be at least 3 years old organisation
- has a proof of concept
- OR be a not-for-profit organisation
- registered as a Trust, foundation or Section 8 company in India
- be at least 3 years old organisation
- has one live project
Note:- This campaign specifically prioritises applications from the Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns in India, where innovative ideas go unnoticed.

- Customised grants ranging between ₹2 Lakhs to ₹20 Crores.

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:-
