About The Program
Instrumental Assistance for First-year Students of Medical/Engineering/Diploma Courses, Gujarat 2018-19 invites applications from ST community students pursuing first-year medical, engineering or diploma courses. The scheme aims to provide financial assistance for the students to purchase the instruments required during their first year of course.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
- The applicant must belong to ST community.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the State of Gujarat.
- The annual income of student’s parents should not be more than INR 2.50 Lacs.
- The applicant must be studying in the first year of Medical, Engineering or Diploma courses.
- An applicant must be pursuing a full-time course from Government recognized college
Benefits
The first year ST students will be offered reimbursement against the purchased instruments.
Documents
- Passport size photograph.
- Self-attested caste certificate issued by competent authorities.
- Income certificate from the concerned authorised authority/persons.
- Instrument bill
- Self-attested copy of Aadhaar Card.
- The first page of bank passbook/cancelled cheque.
- Fee receipt of current academic year.
- Self-attested certificate of previous academic mark sheet.
- Domicile certificate (for origin Gujarati ST students studying in outstate).

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through following steps -

Step 3: Click on "Click for New Registration" button.
Step 4: Fill in all required details and register.
Step 5: Once registered, log in using registered email id and password.
Step 6: Fill in the scholarship application form and upload required documents.
Step 7: Finally submit the application form.
