Inlaks Fine Arts Awards 2021

• The applicant must be a young emerging Indian artist, currently residing in India. 
• The applicant must be under the age of 30 years as on 31 December 2018.
• The candidate may be a recent graduate/postgraduate or a final year student of visual arts from a reputed Indian institute.
• If the applicant does not hold a formal degree in visual arts, he/she must have participated in organised art exhibitions.
• The applicant must not be in receipt of a similar/government scholarship or award during the same tenure.

Note: 1st-year master's students are not eligible to apply.

 

• The Fine Art Award includes INR 3 Lakh for a period of one year.
• The awardees get to attend an art residency programme within India for a period of 4 weeks during the course of the year.

• An updated resume in PDF format
• Artwork which includes:
• Stills compiled into a PDF file (must not be more than 10 MB in size)
• Audio/Video whose links must be sent on one of the online platforms like artist website/ Vimeo/ Soundcloud/ youtube (If the links are password protected, please provide the password.)
• Proof of birth date (a copy of PAN card/ Aadhaar card/ Driving license)

Note: All artworks must include a list of captions (Title, Short description, Media, Year, Duration)

 

Eligible candidates can apply online for the awards by following the mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official Fine Art Awards notification. 
Step 2: Click on "Download Application Form" to download the form. 
Step 3: Fill in all required details in the form either by hand or typed. 
Step 4: Attach supporting documents. 
Step 5: Email the duly filled application form along with supporting attachments to gladys@inlaksfoundation.org with the subject line - "Fine Art Award 2019".
