India Fellow Social Leadership Program 2024-25 is an opportunity offered by the India Fellow for graduate students and young professionals between 20 and 30 years of age. It is an 18-month leadership program designed to help participants develop their skills and make a positive impact on communities. Fellows will work on real-world projects with grassroots organisations, receive mentorship and training, and participate in a vibrant learning community. The selected fellows will receive a competitive monthly stipend of up to ₹22,000 and other benefits.

Deadline20-Jun-2024 Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be an Indian citizen
- be between the age of 20 to 30 years
- hold a graduate degree in any discipline or be on track to complete graduation by the fellowship start date
- be willing to be placed in any region and assigned to any thematic area within the program
- demonstrate a willingness to commit to the 18-month full-time fellowship program
Benefits Selected fellows residing in rural areas will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000, which includes accommodation costs.
If the organisation does not provide accommodation, the monthly stipend will be increased to ₹18,000.Candidates from metropolitan areas will receive a monthly stipend is ₹17,000 with accommodation and ₹22,000 without accommodation.

How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the fellowship by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 3: Read the details carefully, navigate to the 'Apply Now' button at the right-hand top side of the dashboard, and click on it.
Step 4: Fill in the required details in the application form, upload the necessary documents (if required) and click on the 'Submit' button.

Selection Criteria
The selection procedure for the fellowship involves the following steps:
- Initial Shortlisting: Online applications will be reviewed to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Telephone Interview: Shortlisted candidates will participate in a telephone interview with the selection team.
- Final Selection: Candidates will be selected based on a combination of factors, including a written assignment and an in-depth interview.
- Placement: Based on their skills and interests, selected fellows will be placed in roles with social organizations that align with the program's goals and the organisation's needs.
Terms and Conditions
- Fellows are required to document their observations, experiences, and insights throughout the fellowship. This documentation can take the form of monthly blogs, vlogs, or podcasts, fostering a balance between action and reflection. Additionally, fellows will work on a detailed monograph at the conclusion of their fellowship journey.
