About The Program

INAE Fellowship 2025 is an initiative by the India National Academy of Engineering (INAE) to professionals working in the engineering/technology field. The main aim behind the scholarship is to honor Indian origin engineers who have showcased exceptional and sustainable excellence in the field of engineering and technology. The selected fellows will receive variable awards.

 

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be an Indian national or an OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India) card holder
  • be holding a valid Indian passport
  • have at least 5 years or more experience in the field of Engineering 
  • have made significant contributions to engineering and technology in India

Note:- 

  • A person of Indian Origin must be currently working in India continuously for the last 10 years or more.
  • A foreign national must be presently working in India continuously for the last 10 years or more.

Eligible candidates can apply for the opportunity by following the steps:

  • There is an Affirmative Policy for increasing the number of women Fellows in INAE by scouting and improving the ecosystem, which should be encouraged.
  • A Strategy is adopted to increase suitable nominees from the industry.
  • The quality of the nominee’s engineering contributions is of paramount importance.
  • The nominee should be above board in terms of ethical and professional conduct.
