About The Program
IIT Ropar Mechanical Engineering Department (MED) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar to postgraduate degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a Lam research funded project on the development of thermal interface material (TIM) for the silicon wafer industry. The candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus HRA (as applicable).

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a postgraduate degree (M.Tech/M.Sc.) in Mechanical/Physics/Materials Science or related discipline
- Be GATE qualified
Desirable Experiences -
- Have earlier worked on TIM, thermal conductivity measurements, thermal management of electronics
Benefits
