About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ropar invites applications for IIT Ropar Department of CSE Junior Research Fellowship 2020 from MTech/ME degree holders. The fellowship requires the fellows to work on the project titled, “Towards Fair and Interpretable Machine Learning Models". The selected fellows will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold an ME/MTech degree in CSE/ECE/IT with 70% aggregate, OR
- Hold a BE/BTech degree in CSE/ECE/IT with 70% aggregate
- Be GATE qualified
- Have good knowledge of theoretical computers science subjects such as data structures and algorithms
Some hands-on experience with programming is preferable.
