About The Program
IIT Roorkee Department of Hydro and Renewable Energy Research Associateship 2021 is an initiative for PhD/M.Tech/MBA/B.Tech degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, “Hydraulic Turbine R&D Laboratory". The selected fellows will receive up to INR 30,000 to INR 75,000 per month plus HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Engg. in hydraulic machines (simulation/testing) or marketing the industrial services, OR
- Hold an M.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering with three (3) years experience in hydraulic machines (simulation/testing) or marketing the industrial process services i.e. B2B marketing, OR
- Hold an MBA in marketing with three years experience in marketing the industrial process services i.e., B2B marketing, OR
- Hold a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical/Civil/ Electrical Engineering with five (5) years experience in hydropower system/marketing of industrial process services
- Have aptitude/experience for Marketing industrial services/products and traveling (essential requirement) with good communication skills and flair for marketing
