The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee invites applications for the IIT Roorkee Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering Post Doctoral Fellowship (PDF) 2021 from Ph.D. degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, “Reliable Soft Error Resilient Low Power S RAM Design for Extraterrestrial Application". The selected candidate will receive INR 55,000 per month for both the first year and the second year.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Have a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering/Physics.
Candidates, who have recently submitted their doctoral thesis, are also eligible to apply, subject to the condition that they will tarnish the proof of award of Ph.D. at the time of the interview.
Benefits The selected candidate will receive INR 55,000 per month for both the first year and the second year.
