About The Program
IIT Roorkee Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering (DBB) Post Doctoral Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Ph.D. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - “Surface Modified Nanocomposite for Bioremediation of Azo Dyes". The candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 55,000 per month for the first & second year and a contingency grant of INR 50,000 per annum.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Chemical Sciences with adequate experience in nanotechnology research
- Have a minimum of two research publications in the reputed peer-reviewed (preferably in SCI indexed) journals
- Have experience in handling equipment/instruments related to area of study
Desired Qualification: The candidate must have a strong interest in Nanotechnology and Biochemistry with adequate experience in Nanotechnology research.
Benefits
The candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 55,000 per month for the first & second year and a contingency grant of INR 50,000 per annum.
