About The Program
Centre of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee is inviting applications for IIT Roorkee Centre of Electronics and Communication Engineering Senior Research Fellowship 2020 from MTech degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, “A PDSOI Analog cell library consisting 2 stage OPAMPs and comparators designed considering floating body (FB) and self-healing (SH) Effects". The selected fellows will receive INR 35,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must-
- Hold MTech in Microelectronics or equivalent with 4 years experience
Pre Synopsys completed PhD will be preferred.
