About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology, Patna invites applications for the IIT Patna Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from master’s degree holders. The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 31,000 plus HRA as per GoI rule for the first two years followed by INR 35,000 plus HRA as per GoI rule (subject to satisfactory performance).
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Not exceed 28 years of age (for a candidate with BE/BTech/MSc degree as the highest qualification) and 32 years (for a candidate with ME/MTech/MS degree as the highest qualification)
- Hold a master’s degree level in the following selected disciplines: Metallurgy, Ceramic, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering / Technology, Physics, Applied Physics
- Have GATE/NET qualifications
- Have a BTech/BE as a qualifying degree in the following selected disciplines - Metallurgy, Ceramic, Mechanical, Chemical Technology
