About The Program
The Indian Institute of Technology, Mandi invites applications for IIT Mandi School of Computing and Electrical Engineering Junior Research Fellowship 2020 from MTech/BTech degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "A low-cost MEMS-based and video-based monitoring and early warning system for rainfall-induced landslides". The selected fellows will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be below 28 years of age
- Hold a BTech (Civil Engineering) plus MTech (Geotechnical Engineering or related areas)
- Have qualified GATE
- Have good command over English language and technical writing in English

The selected fellows will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 31,000 per month.
