About The Program
IIT Kharagpur Department of Cryogenic Engineering Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to M.Sc. or B.E./B.Tech degree holders. The selected fellow is required to work on the project entitled - "Quantum Paraelectric to Relaxor Ferroelectric Phase Transition in Donor and Acceptor Pair Doped TiO2(QRD)". The candidate will receive a fellowship of up to INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be less than or up to 28 years of age
- Hold an M.Sc. in Physics /M.Sc. in Chemistry (inorganic) degree
- Have obtained a minimum of 60% marks in B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical/Electronics/Materials/Metallurgy (Ceramic)
- Have a valid GATE score

The selected fellow will receive a stipend of up to INR 31,000 per month.
