About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur invites applications for the IIT Kharagpur Department of CORAL Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from M.Sc or M.Tech degree holders. The candidate is required to work on the project titled, "Accuracy Estimation of INSAT-3D/-3DR Ozone, Temperature, and Water Vapor Measurements: Application for Air-sea Interaction Studies(WVM)". The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of up to INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Not be more than 28 years of age
- Hold an M.Sc degree with a valid GATE/NET score, OR
- Hold an M.Tech degree in Atmospheric Science/Physical Oceanography
- Have experience in Numerical Modelling
- Have knowledge in FORTRAN, C, Matlab, and IDL programming
