Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur invites applications for IIT Kharagpur Centre of Chemistry Research Associateship 2021 from Ph.D. degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Effects of Ionic Liquids on Proteins in Aqueous Environment from Computer Simulation Studies (ELC)". The candidate will receive a stipend of up to INR 47,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be less than or up to 35 years of age
- Have a Ph.D. degree in Computational/Theoretical Chemistry/Physics
- Have submitted his/her thesis for the award of a Ph.D. degree in Computational/Theoretical Chemistry/Physics (eligible to apply)
- Have at least one publication in science citation indexed (SCI) journal
- Have extensive knowledge and experience in classical and/or quantum-mechanical molecular dynamics (MD) simulation techniques
- Have at least one publication on biomolecular systems in any reputed ISI-indexed journal
Benefits The candidate will receive a stipend of up to INR 47,000 per month.
