About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur invites applications for IIT Kharagpur Centre of Agricultural and Food Engineering Senior Research Fellowship 2021 from BTech/MTech degree holders. The candidate is required to work on the project titled, "Development of Self-sustained Modular Solar Photovoltaic-thermal (PV-T) based Forced Convection Dryer for Agro-Crops(PVT)". The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of up to INR 35,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Not be more than 32 years of age
- Hold a BTech (Agricultural Engineering) with valid GATE/NET score and two years of research experience, OR
- Hold an MTech (Agricultural Engineering with specialization in Food Process Engineering)
- Have two years of research experience
Relevant experience: Research experience in food process engineering, solar drying, computational modelling and simulation, solar thermal/photovoltaic application in food processing
