About The Program
IIT Kanpur Electrical Engineering Department Project Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2021 is a fellowship opportunity offered to Ph.D./Master's degree holders. The selected fellow is required to work on a project entitled - "Archival Content Retrieval Through Audio and Text Query project". The selected fellow will receive a consolidated salary of up to INR 50,000/55,000/60,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a Ph.D./Master's or equivalent degree in Audio Technology, Signal Processing, Computer Science, or relevant area
- Have submitted their thesis
Desired Qualifications:
- A strong background in machine learning, signal processing, statistics, applied mathematics, optimization, linear algebra
- Working experience with
- deep-learning platforms such as Tensorflow and Pytorch,
- Python, C++, and Linux environment
- Experience with handling large datasets
- Strong publication record in top academic conferences and journals
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, organizational skills, and close attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems independently and work well as part of a team
Benefits
The selected fellow will receive a consolidated salary of up to INR 50,000/55,000/60,000 per month.
