About The Program
IIT Kanpur Department of Mechanical Engineering Post-Doctoral Fellowship 2021 is a fellowship opportunity offered to Ph.D. degree holders. The selected fellow is required to work on a project entitled - "A Coupled Multiphase Flow, Heat Transfer and Geomechanics Solver with AI-based Smart Predictor-optimizer Tools for Porous Media Applications". The selected fellow will receive a consolidated salary of up to INR 55,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed university/institute with a publication on computational fluid dynamics applied to multiphase flow in porous media
