About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur invites application for IIT Kanpur Department of Materials Science and Engineering Research Associateship 2021 from PhD in Materials Science/Biological Science degree holders. The associateship is meant for the project, "Superabsorbent Hemostatic Sponges for Arterial Bleeding and Other Wound Types". The selected fellows will receive a consolidated salary of INR 35,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a PhD in Materials Science/Biological Science
- Have proficiency in written and spoken English
Candidate with proven experience of working with biodegradable polymers and having hands-on experience with processing and characterization of Superabsorbent Hemostatic sponges for arterial bleeding type projects will be given preference.

The selected fellows will receive a consolidated salary of INR 35,000 per month.
