Indian Institute of Technology Jodhpur invites applications for IIT Jodhpur SERB Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from Master’s degree holders. The positions are purely on contract/temporary basis. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Study of the Effects of Stress-State and Strain-Rate on Constitutive Response of Polymer Gels via Experiments and Continuum Mechanics Modeling". The selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of INR 31,000.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Be an Indian or Foreign national
- Be below 35 years of age
- Hold a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering/Metallurgical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, OR
- Hold a BTech/BE degree in Materials Engineering/Material Science and Engineering Metallurgical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with GATE score
- Have hands-on experience on mechanical testing of materials
- Have knowledge of mechanical behaviour of polymers
Benefits The selected candidates will receive a consolidated salary of INR 31,000.
