About The Program
IIT Indore Mechanical Engineering Department (MED) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is an opportunity for B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech degree holders. The selected fellow will have to work on a funded research project titled - “Development of a Technique for Visualization of Preformed Fragments in Detonation Gas Cloud". The selected candidate will receive INR 31,000 per month plus HRA as per rules.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Have at least first-class B.E./B.Tech./M.E./M.Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering or related branch
- Have qualified GATE in the relevant area
Desirable Experience -
- Have exposure to the use of optical techniques for fluid dynamic processes, image processing techniques (e.g. PIV/PTV, Shadowgraph, Schlieren, Holography), and Instrumentation and controls
