About The Program
IIT Hyderabad Research Associateship (Geospatial Data Analysis) 2022 is a research opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad to Masters's degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Cool Infrastructures”. The fellow will receive a fellowship of INR 35,000 per month plus 24% HRA for 1 year.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a master's degree in architecture with a specialisation in urban heat stress assessment using metrological and remote sensing datasets
- Have experience in microclimate modeling and measuring radiation effects using tools like ENVI-Met
Necessary Skills for Shortlisting -
- Have experience with Spatial Analysis, Data Acquisition, Generation, and Manipulation with a focus on the built Environment and heat in urban areas
Preferable Skills -
- Have worked with vulnerable populations
- Have worked in multidisciplinary settings
- Have knowledge of manuscript writing
