About The Program

IIT Hyderabad Department of Biomedical Engineering (DBE) Junior/Senior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Hyderabad to M.Tech./M.S./M.Sc./M.Pharm. degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled - “Novel Biomaterials Based Personalized Burn Wound Care at Patient Bedside". The selected fellow will receive a fellowship based on qualifications and experience according to Government OM.

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • Hold an  M.Tech./M.S./M.Sc./M.Pharm. degree in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Material Science/Biomedical Egg/Nanotechnology/Biochemistry
  • Have a secured a minimum of 60% mark from reputed institutes with relevant experience (2-3 years)
  • Have Gate or NET (fellowship) qualification

  • The appointment will be temporarily for six months.
  • Based on the performance in the initial period, the appointment could be extended till the end of the project.
  • Preference will be given to the candidates having relevant experience and also CSIR/UGC/NET holders with a strong interest in this research field are also given priority as well.
