About The Program
IIT Gandhinagar Research Internship in Computational Nanoelectronics 2023 is an opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar (IITGN) to PhD/MTech/MSc degree holders in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Devices, Nanoelectronics, Physics, Material Sciences, or related research areas. The selected candidates will have to work on the project entitled - ‘Process and Device Modeling of Low-temperature Grown Atomic-thin 2D Materials Based Devices’. This programme is sanctioned by Accelerate Vigyan, SERB, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. The selected candidates wil receive the cost of on-campus hostel accommodation and food at the hostel messes.

- be pursuing/have completed PhD/MTech/MSc in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Devices, Nanoelectronics, Physics, Material Sciences, or related research areas
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive the cost of on-campus hostel accommodation and food at the hostel messes.
Outstation candidates will receive some select travel support as per the norm of the Government of India.

- Letter of authentication from the supervisor/Head of the Department/Institute indicating their association with the institute.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the supervisor/Head of the Department/Institute for attending the internship
