About The Program
IIT Gandhinagar Post-Doctoral Fellowship Computational Nanoelectronics 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Ph.D. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on - 'Modeling and Simulation Emerging Two-Dimensional Materials Heterostructure-based Memory Devices'. The selected candidate will receive an emolument of INR 50,000 per month plus INR 10,000 HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering/Semiconductor devices/Computational Nanoelectronics/Physics/Material Sciences or allied subjects from a reputed institute with a good scientific publication record
- Have experience in the Simulation of Nanoscale Devices and Ab-initio (DFT) calculations
Desired Qualification - Candidates who have submitted their thesis are equally eligible for the position.
