Indian Institute of Technology, Gandhinagar invites applications for the IIT Gandhinagar Materials Science and Engineering Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from M.E./M.Tech/B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Multi-phasic models of Solid-Electrolyte Interphases in Lithium batteries: Towards Exascale Simulations". The selected candidate will receive an emolument of INR 31,000 per month (NET/GATE qualification required for B.E., B.Tech. or M.Sc).

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. degree (graduated or in the final semester) with a qualified NET/GATE score and minimum 60% marks, OR
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree (graduated or in the final semester) in any of the following or related branches: Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, (Physical, specialization would be preferred)
- Have fair exposure to one or more of these areas – molecular simulations, ab-initio simulations, computer programming
Benefits The selected candidate will receive an emolument of INR 31,000 per month (NET/GATE qualification required for B.E., B.Tech. or M.Sc).
