IIT Gandhinagar Junior Research Fellowship in Computational Nanoelectronics 2022 is a research opportunity offered to B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc./M.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The selected candidate is required to work on IIT, Gandhinagar funded project entitled - Modelling and Simulation of Emerging Two-dimensional Materials Heterostructures. The selected candidate will receive a remuneration of INR 25,000 to 31,000 per month.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc. degree with a qualified NET/GATE score OR
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering/Physics or Material Sciences
- Have experience in Mathematical Modeling with MATLAB and python
- Have prior experience with commercial TCAD tools
Benefits The selected candidate will receive a remuneration of INR 25,000 to 31,000 per month.
