- Hold a Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Electronics and Instrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Science or related areas.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Electronics and communications/Electronics and Instrumentation/Computer Science and Engineering/Computer Science or related areas with valid GATE score
