About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology Dharwad invites applications for IIT Dharwad Department of Electrical Engineering Project Associateship and Junior Research Fellowship 2020 from BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS degree holders. This post will be purely on a temporary basis. The selected fellows will receive an emolument of INR 31,000 plus HRA (for JRF) and INR 23,000 consolidated (for Project Associateship).

To be eligible, an applicant must:
For Junior Research Fellowship-
- Not exceed 30 years of age as on the date of the selection process
- Hold an MTech/ME/MS degree with first-class or BTech (and equivalent)
- Have a valid GATE score in ECE/EE/Telecom or equivalent degree/discipline
For Project Associateship-
- Not exceed 30 years of age as on the date of the selection process
- Hold a BTech/BE degree with first class in ECE/EE/Telecom or equivalent degree/discipline
Note: Those who are in the final semester of MTech or BTech can also apply. In the event of selection to either JRF or PA position, joining will be subjected to submission of the respective provisional degree certificate.

The selected fellows will receive an emolument of INR 31,000 plus HRA (for JRF) and INR 23,000 consolidated (for Project Associateship).

- No interim correspondence whatsoever will be entertained from the candidates.
- Canvassing in any form or bringing in any influence political or otherwise, will be a disqualification for the post.
- In case of any dispute/ambiguity that may occur in the process of selection, the decision of the Institute shall be final.
- The selection process is online, and hence TA/DA will not be applicable.
