About The Program
The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi invites applications for IIT Delhi DST Department of Physics Research Associateship 2021 from MSc/PhD degree holders. The associateship is meant for the project titled, "Wide Bandgap Semiconductor (Al)Gao/Nitrides Heterostructures for High Power Electronic and Optoelectronic Devices (under BRICS) (RP04000G)". The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 47,000 per month plus 24% HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- Hold an MSc (Physics) or PhD (Physics/Materials Science)
- Have 5 years of experience in fabrication and electrical characterization of wide bandgap devices
