About the Program
The Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi invites applications for IIT Delhi Department of Physics Research Associateship/Junior Research Fellowship 2020 from MSc/PhD degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Nano-electronics Network for Research and Application (NNetRA) (Applications of Non-Silicon Based Nano-fabrication Technologies and Nano-scale Devices- Sub Project under RP03530) (MI01756G)". The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 49,000 per month plus 24% HRA (for Research Associateship) and a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus 24% HRA (for Junior Research Fellowship).

Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
For Research Associateship:
- Hold a PhD in Physics/Chemistry with at least 4 publications in International Journals
- Have hands-on research experience
For Junior Research Fellowship:
- Hold an MSc or MTech degree with first division in Physics/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/Chemistry/ Engineering Sciences/Agricultural Sciences
- Have NET/GATE* qualification
Benefits The selected candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 49,000 per month plus 24% HRA (for Research Associate) and INR 31,000 per month plus 24% HRA (for Junior Research Fellowship).
