About The Program
Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi invites applications for IIT BHU Varanasi School of Materials Science and Technology Research Associateship 2021 from PhD degree holders. The associateship is meant for SERB sponsored project on “Development of High Tc Lead-Free Piezoelectric Materials for Energy Harvesting”. The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 47,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be below 35 years of age
- Hold a PhD in Physics/Materials Science with a consistently good academic record
- Have experience of Ceramic oxide processing, Rietveld structure refinement and electrical characterizations
