About The Program
IIT BHU Varanasi Mining Engineering Department (MED) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to B.E. or B.Tech. and M.Tech. or M.E degree holders. The fellowship requires the candidate to work on a DST-SERB sponsored project entitled - “Evaluation of Ground Behaviour in Open Cast Mines Using TDR”. The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold first-class in B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Communications Engineering or relevant discipline and M.Tech. or M.E. degree in Information Communication Technology or relevant engineering discipline
- Have GATE qualified
Desirable Qualifications:
- Have experience in Embedded Systems design, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning with respect to TDR
Note - The Upper age limit is 30 years with 35 years for SC/ST/physically handicapped/female candidates.
