About The Program
IIT BHU Varanasi Electronics Engineering Department (EE) Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) 2022 is a research opportunity offered by the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi to B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. degree holders. The fellowship requires the candidate to work on SERB sponsored project entitled - “Design and Development of High Gain, Wide Bandwidth Beam Steered Reconfigurable Reflectarray Antennas for 5G mmWave Applications". The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 31,000 per month plus 16% HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be below 28 years of age
- Hold a B.E./B.Tech. degree with a minimum of 55% marks in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a valid GATE score, OR
- Hold an M.E./M.Tech. degree in Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 55% marks with GATE qualification
Desirable/Preferable Qualifications -
- Have experience in the area of RF and Microwave Engineering and related fields

- The position is purely temporary and is co-terminus with the project.
- The PI has the discretion to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interviews to a reasonable limit based on qualifications and experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be communicated to appear in the interview and no other communications in this regard will be entertained.
- The candidate is expected to join immediately if selected.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
