About The Program
IIT BHU Varanasi Department of Pharmaceutical Engineering & Technology Senior Research Fellowship 2022 is a research opportunity offered to M. Pharm./M.S. (Pharm.)/M.Tech. (Pharm.)/M.Tech. degree holders by the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi. The fellowship requires the candidate to work on a sponsored project entitled - “Design and Development of Potential Multifunctional Molecular Hybrids for the Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease". The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 35,000 per month plus HRA.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Not be more than 32 years of age as on the date of application
- Have first-class M. Pharm/M.S.(Pharm.)/M.Tech. (Pharm)/M.Tech. degree in Medicinal Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Have qualified GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET or equivalent examination
- Have two years of research experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals
Desirable Qualifications -
- Have experience in multi-step organic synthesis with designing of biological experiments, handling of experimental animals in industry/ academic laboratories
